Where does the data come from?

As you already know, your credit history data comes from our partner, Creditreform Boniversum. The landlord certificate itself is displayed under the “Credit History” section, indicating whether or not you have any negative entries. Your net income is automatically calculated based on your account transactions. At the same time, this allows us to provide information on the length of your employment. Similarly, we can reliably confirm that you have no outstanding rent payments. Our system determines whether you have paid your rent on time in recent months and the amount of your rent payments.
